Modern data-centre — architectural render
AI structural drawing review · Australian-first

Every sheet read. Every risk pinned.

Upload an Australian structural drawing pack and get a pinned issue register with severity, confidence and citations where they apply — for the engineers who design, and the builders and developers who carry the risk.

The problem

For decades, the last line of defence on a structural set has been a senior engineer's red pen at the end of a deadline week. Modern packs have outgrown it: fifty-plus sheets, and the expensive mistakes hide between them — in the gaps between notes, schedules, plans, sections and details.

The solution

A second pair of eyes on every sheet — as structured, auditable work items.

s.eye is not a chat window bolted onto PDFs. Each sheet gets its own pass, then a cross-sheet review checks references, schedules, load paths, notation and coordination — and every finding lands pinned to the drawing it came from.

Issue register

Findings you can act on and sign off — not paragraphs of chat.

Every finding carries severity, confidence, status and a citation where it applies. Resolve it, or dismiss it with a reason that stays on the record. The register exports to CSV and PDF, and the review history is permanent.

Pinned to the sheet

Every issue lives on the drawing it came from.

Findings are pinned to the exact location on the exact sheet — not summarised into a report nobody can trace back. Open the sheet, work the pins, and the register updates as the pack gets cleaner.

Holistic or targeted — the output never pretends to check more than it did.

Run the full pack, or target foundations, lateral and seismic, gravity load path, connections, or a custom instruction for a specific engineering concern. The report states its scope plainly.

Reg 126 preparation

Draft certificate material, with the engineer in control of sign-off.

s.eye assembles the reference document schedules and draft Reg 126 certificate material from the reviewed pack — the engineer reviews, edits and signs. Assistance up to the signature line, never across it.

What a pack gets

The same pass on every sheet, no matter how big the pack.

Minutes
Not days

A full pack review lands while it would still be sitting in a senior engineer's inbox — early enough to fix before issue.

Australian-first

Built around Australian structural documentation.

Most AI review tools start with foreign code assumptions. s.eye is framed around Australian drawing conventions, NCC context, AS-series references, and the judgement of practising engineers.

Security & data

Your drawings stay yours.

Private by organisation

Drawings sit in your private organisation workspace. Your organisation controls who can view the review.

Signed, short-lived access

Files are accessed through short-lived signed URLs — no open buckets, no permanent links.

Audit-friendly by design

Every finding status change is recorded, so the review trail stands up when someone asks why.

Clear boundary

Review assistance, not certification.

s.eye helps prepare findings, registers, exports, and draft certificate material for an engineer-controlled process. It does not issue engineering certification, assume responsibility for design, or replace professional judgement.

Pricing

FAQ

Questions before the first pack.

Is this engineering certification? +
No. s.eye is a review-assistance tool. Findings are not engineering certification and must be verified by a qualified engineer. It makes a second pass faster and cheaper; it does not replace the engineer who signs.
Which projects is it for? +
Australian structural drawing packs where missed coordination has real cost — used by design engineers checking their own sets, builders reviewing what they've been issued, and developers protecting program: residential, commercial, industrial, education and insurance rebuilds.
Will it invent standard clause references? +
No. A standard is cited only when the review can support it. If it is not confident, the finding stays uncited rather than inventing a clause number.
What happens to our drawings? +
Drawings sit in your private organisation workspace. Files are accessed through short-lived signed URLs, and your organisation controls who can view the review.
Can I narrow the review scope? +
Yes. Run a full review, or target foundations, lateral and seismic, gravity load path, connections, or a custom instruction for a specific engineering concern.
Do I need a demo? +
Not yet. Public account creation is waitlisted while real project packs are tested. Existing testers can still sign in, and invited users can create accounts through their invite link.
