Packs, not seats.
You buy review packs, not per-user licences. Every plan includes the full multi-agent consensus review, all three lenses and every export — the only thing that changes between tiers is how many packs you run a month. Self-serve, no demo gate, no seat minimum.
Pick your monthly pack volume.
All prices AUD, incl. GST. The Trial is a single pack for the life of the account — not a monthly reset — so you can run a real job through s.eye before you decide.

Five mechanics, stated plainly.
Packs, not seats
Every plan includes unlimited team members. You pay for review packs, not licences — so when the tool proves itself on one desk, bringing the rest of the team on costs nothing. Adoption spreads for free.
What a pack is
A pack is one drawing set plus the supplementary documents that belong to the same review — the geotech report, the computations, the specification — read together and cross-checked against every sheet, counted as one pack. Trial packs are capped at 50 sheets. Paid plans currently apply no per-pack sheet cap; upload the whole set.
Interruptions and re-runs are free
If a review stops partway, resuming it finishes only the missing passes — completed sheets and banked consensus stand, and no new pack is consumed. Even re-running the same pack from a clean slate costs nothing: the pack was already paid for. A failed run never burns a second pack.
Quota is consumed once, at submission
Your pack allowance is drawn down a single time, server-side, at the moment you submit a review — never when you upload, never when you retry. Upload a pack and decide not to run it, and it costs nothing.
No lock-in on monthly
Cancel any time. New submissions stop at the end of the period, but your entire review history — every register and every export — stays accessible. A lapsed plan blocks new packs behind an upgrade prompt, and nothing more.
The first pass, in minutes instead of hours.
Worked, indicative examples. The machine reads the pack; your engineer still verifies the register and signs — that time stays theirs, and we don't count it as saved.
| Task | Manual (time · cost) | With s.eye | What you get back |
|---|---|---|---|
| First-pass QA review of a 30-sheet pack | ~12.5 hr · ~$2,500 | Machine pass in minutes · one pack from your allowance · then you verify the register | A full findings register before your senior review begins — no blank page |
| Tender risk assessment on a 20-sheet incoming pack (Contractor lens → Tender Risk Schedule) | ~8.3 hr · ~$1,670 | Machine pass in minutes · one pack · then you verify the schedule | A grouped risk schedule — pricing risk, buildability, RFI candidates — to price against |
| Compliance-statement prep on a 15-sheet pack (Reg 126 flow) | ~6.25 hr · ~$1,250 | Machine pass in minutes · one pack · then you confirm inputs and certify | A drafted Reg 126 certificate for the registered engineer to review and issue |
Ten packs a month, in practice.
A pack is one submission. Here is what Pro's 10 packs a month look like as real work — each drawn from what the product actually does, nothing invented.
Every job before you issue
Run each drawing set through the full register before it leaves the office, so the senior review starts from findings, not a cold read.
Each incoming pack, priced
Switch to the Contractor lens and export the Tender Risk Schedule on every pack that lands, so pricing risk is on the table before you commit a number.
Check the pack again when it changes
A revised re-issue of a project is a new pack — review it again when the drawings change. Re-running a pack you already submitted, or resuming one that stopped partway, costs nothing.
The tiers differ on volume. Not on quality.
The only things that change between plans are price, packs per month, the sheet cap and billing. Everything that makes a review good is on every plan — we don't paywall quality.

* Monthly price, AUD incl. GST. Annual billing saves 10% — Pro $450/mo billed $5,400/yr; Consultancy $900/mo billed $10,800/yr. The 50-sheet cap is Trial-only; paid plans carry no per-pack sheet cap.
s.eye is a review-assistance tool. Findings are not engineering certification and must be verified by a qualified engineer.
Straight answers.
What counts as a pack?
One drawing set submitted for review, together with the supplementary documents that belong to the same review — geotech, computations, specification. They're read together and cross-checked against every sheet, and the whole thing counts as one pack. A pack is consumed once, when you submit.
Is there a sheet cap?
On the Trial, yes — 50 sheets per pack. On Pro and Consultancy there is currently no per-pack sheet cap in the product, so you can upload the whole set. If that ever changes we'll say so here first.
Are supplementary documents included?
Yes, at no extra cost. Upload the geotech report or computations alongside the pack; s.eye extracts the design parameters, you confirm them, and the review checks every sheet against them. They're part of the same pack, not a separate charge.
How do unlimited team members work?
Every plan — Trial included — allows unlimited members. You're paying for review packs, not seats, so you can add your whole team without changing the price. Adoption spreading across the office costs nothing.
Monthly or annual — and is GST included?
Both are offered on Pro and Consultancy; annual saves 10% (Pro $450/mo billed $5,400/yr; Consultancy $900/mo billed $10,800/yr). All prices are AUD and include GST. Monthly has no lock-in — cancel any time.
What happens if a review doesn't finish?
Nothing is lost and nothing extra is charged. Completed sheets and banked consensus stand; resuming finishes only the missing passes and consumes no new pack. Even a full re-run of the same pack is free — the pack was already paid for — and a failed run never burns a second pack.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
The production database and storage run in ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Access is enforced in the database schema, not by staff policy: row-level security scopes every table to your organisation, and drawings sit in org-namespaced storage reachable only through short-lived signed URLs. No pack is ever used to train models. Full detail is on the security page.
Do I need a demo?
No. s.eye is self-serve — there's no sales call to sit through and no seat minimum to negotiate. You start free and run a real pack yourself. Public signups are currently waitlisted, so you may join the waitlist rather than get instant access, but the path is the same: no demo required.
